Watertight! – The Crane Private Residences Development Update
The Crane Private Residences has hit a significant milestone with Phase 1 of the development declared watertight on Friday, April 15th, 2016. Project Manager, Steve Constable shares an update:
“We are thrilled to have achieved our target of being watertight by mid-April,” reported Constable, “The team is now continuing with cement rendering and 1st fix service installations on all levels, with the ground-floor units swiftly approaching completion.”
Other ongoing internal works include the installation of the kitchen plinths on all levels in preparation for cabinet installations.

“We expect to begin applying internal finishes such as the coral render and plaster wall finishes during May and tiles in mid-June/July ,” said Constable, “Key materials such as plasterboard for the ceilings and door frames are also expected on-site in the coming weeks.”

On completion, The Crane Private Residences will set a new standard in Barbados luxury real estate.
